What we collect, and why.

We collect very little through this website, and only what you send us or what it takes to run the site.

Who we are: SentienX Lab Private Limited, registered at 8/1, Ramakanta Sen Lane, Ultadanga, Kolkata 700067, West Bengal, India, runs sentienx.in. This policy covers this website. If you use FORGE or Virtual Crew, your organisation’s agreement with us covers the data in those products.
What we collect: When you fill in a form, we receive your name, work email, company, role, what you’re interested in, and your message. When you email us, we receive your address and whatever you write.
What we collect automatically: Our hosting provider, Vercel, keeps standard request logs, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address too. Our form pages use Cloudflare Turnstile to check for bots, so Cloudflare receives your IP address and technical details about your browser.
Cookies and analytics: This website doesn’t set its own cookies and doesn’t run analytics or advertising trackers.
How we use it: We use your details to confirm we’ve received your request, reply to you, arrange demos, and manage any working relationship that follows. We use request logs to run and protect the site. We don’t sell your personal data.
Who can see it: Our team, and the providers who host this site and handle our email. Form submissions are processed by Formspree, which sends them on to us. We share data with others only if the law requires it.
Where it is processed: Our providers may process data outside India.
How long we keep it: We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond and manage the relationship, and we delete them when they’re no longer needed, unless the law requires us to keep them.
Your rights: You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete your personal data, withdraw your consent, or raise a complaint. Email us and we’ll respond. You can also complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Children: This website is for businesses and isn’t meant for anyone under 18.
Changes: If we change this policy, we’ll update it here and change the date at the top of the page.
